I wish there was a way that you could pick hot or cold on the same screen if you pick the flavor.
Waiting time
I have been on the app twice today trying to place an order and each time I add something or anything it just keeps loading and loading and loading. I think everytime I get on the app it gets worse and worse.

Won’t save gift card
Was super excited to receive a gift card for Cabin for Christmas until I realized I have to enter my gift card number every time I order on the app. Super inconvenient. Add to this the fact you still have to have a credit card linked even though you are paying with your gift card. Please fix this.

Unable to Order My Usual Drink
My local Cabin Coffee switched rewards over to only being earned when you order from the app, but when I try to order a smoothie on the app, there is no option to add leafy greens so the app is useless to me as I always add this to my smoothies. Now I can no longer earn rewards since I have to order my drink in store. Very disappointed!

Cannot recreate account
Had to delete account due to security reasons and am unable to recreate account. Simply cannot use the app anymore because my phone number is locked out.

My Favorite
I love their white coffee. It has a smooth taste and my choice every time, hot or cold. Very friendly staff and plenty of room inside to sit and enjoy treat.

The app kept “thinking” and sending me back to the previous page…not sure if it was because I was out in the country vs being in town.

Can’t even scan at the restaurant you can only order on the app and if you order through drive through you can’t get points for your order.
