Company is good but app is terrible
30 mins late
Booked in advance and they were 30 minutes late. Then proceeded to drive ridiculously slow so was late for our appointment. What’s the point of pre booking?

Both taxis were on time and the cars we clean. Amazing service. Would 100% use again.

In Ipswich for anniversary. Used twice. Both bang on time despite a last minute change by us.
Don’t Use it
We ordered a cab didn’t turn up. App said it was in transit-but called them 10 mins later-not even allocated, knew nothing about it. No apology, nothing. Terrible service
