The app always glitches , it always crashes when I need to get into the booking when I get off my flight.
Don’t get me wrong he can service is great and good value but I have no doubt they have lost custom because of the app.

We used Smart Cabs whilst staying in Bathgate and needing transporting to and from Murrayfield. Our driver and the lovely lady on the end of the phone were so helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after and safe. We can’t thank them enough for being so kind and efficient. This is an outstanding taxi firm and incredibly reasonably priced too. I can’t recommend them enough.
