Appalling service
This all isn’t worth the time or effort. Drivers are always late when booking, When you book in advance the driver is literally confirmed less than 5 minutes from when they are supposed to pick you up. I spoke to one of the drivers and he said don’t bother using the app at all, no one monitors it and it’s a total waist of time!!! I’d rather use UBER going forward

No point in booking
I booked a taxi for 8:10 and I was assigned a driver at around 8:05. The driver was 3 minutes away from my house but didn’t drive over to my house he just sat in the same spot for 15 minutes, causing me to miss my train. Any other time I have booked a taxi a day ahead it has almost always been late, on the rare occasion they are early, so what’s the point in pre booking if they won’t prioritise you during the time of your booking?

Booked the taxi for 11pm. Didn’t arrive until 11:35 after lots of calling and chasing.
