Hi. Settings in app dodint remember previous set, choice of sat nav, brightnes, after close app back to fact settings, sometime messages to controller get frozen.
What a mess!!!
This app is soooo frustrating. I hate it.
Navigation to Passengers still not working!
After so many updates you'd think you'd get the navigation party working!!! When you get a job, press navigate it goes to 0.0.0.0 Nowhere.

No “log out”/unable to log in
Unable to log in because I am supposedly logged in on a different device (I am not). Called everyone under the sun and was told to log out. No way to log out in evidence?!?
Navigate doesn’t work
Nice looking app but when you press the Navigate button it opens your map but there’s no pick up! It only seems to work for final destination when POB Arrive button is very small too. Please fix. Thanks

From a taxi driver’s point of view the swipe feature is a step backwards as it’s tricky to do whilst driving, large clear buttons you tapped on previous version was ergonomically better!
Can’t send customers text messages either which was handy if I’m delayed for any reason or blocked from getting to the pick up point.

Excellent app can book my car track my driver pay for my booking, I can adjust my booking through the app. Lovely luxury cars options
