Mobile Deposit Horrid
Don’t expect to complete a mobile deposit in one attempt, or deposit multiple checks in the same day. From the app not able to recognize payment amounts, to having endorsements cut off the submitted images, the time spent messing around trying to deposit a check would be better spent driving to the bank and depositing it in person. The last update to the mobile app somehow made this feature worse.

Ease of banking!
Everything I do is usually through your app. It is so ease.
Forget Mobile banking in 2022, we’re going back to paper receipts.
Aside from this “new and improved version” always giving an error message when I try to log in everything else seems to be fine.

I don’t understand why they can’t just leave the app alone. They’ve updated it again and it says I have to enroll even though I already have an account with them.
Unusable since update
Unable to log in since most recent update. Total garbage. If I hadn’t been with this bank since the early 90’s I would just go elsewhere. You really need to move your technology into this century.
Despicable Performance and Optimizations!
The app is horrible. Performance wise it crashes and I find it rare now to do as much as log in and check my balances. The aesthetics of the app are stuck in 2008 as well as the optimizations. I will be switching banks soon. It is 2020 we are a society on the advent of technological breakthroughs and one of the biggest banks in schuylkill county is having a tough time catching up. A simple makeover to the app would not cost a lot, especially to a federally backed bank. Luckily I’m a teenager who only relies on the app for petty expenses. I couldn’t imagine being an adult with things such as mortgages, utilities, car payments, and kids relying on the app to balance my books. It’s just a shame and you are greatly failing your customers.

Doesn’t load half the time
Most of the time I open the app I can’t even check my balance because it just keeps loading after I login
