Not worth it anymore
I used to love this app. I’d link my accounts and just let it sit until I got to 40,000 or more points that would get me $40+. The app went offline for almost 4 months and now my 50,000 points I have are worth $5.13. I can’t even withdraw my funds either. The app claims that they know about it and are working on a fix, but I’ve been seeing that message for over 2 weeks now. I’m planning on withdrawing when it’s fixed and deleting my account. If you’re thinking about this app, don’t waste your time and use a different app.

yeah i think we all got scammed here. app hasn’t been up in MONTHS, customer support email is deactivated, website is taken down… it’s a ghost town. so sad, because this app used to genuinely be so good :(

This is a horrible app. It’s been under maintenance for months now. They haven’t posted any updates or have a message saying what’s going on. This isn’t the first time they did this.

I used to LOVE this app!! I have referred almost every person I know to it because of how much I enjoyed it and it’s been true to its word unlike most other apps out there. Well, for the last idk 5-6 months or so, every time I open the app I get a message that says “thanks for your patience. We’re working on some big things for the Caden app and will be back shortly”. Well they still haven’t come back after close too if not more 6 months of getting the same message. Don’t recommend anyone downloading it

Always issues
I have been a member a year and since I’ve been using this half the time the app is down and they saying they are doing maintenance. But I really think they just stealing and hoping people forget. What is the deal it takes forever when it comes to maintenance this app and is still saying it. It’s not even worth anymore. It’s been about 6 months past the New Year and the app still does not work. What is the purpose because I feel like yall are really scamming people.

The app has been down for many months. There is no way to cash out or disconnect your linked accounts.

I watched my account fairly quickly accumulate funds. When I was about to cash out, I got an error/under construction screen saying big things are coming to app. Has been this way now for MONTHS. So, they take your data and don’t give you anything.

I have been unable to withdraw my money for months now! Every time I try logging in it says “Sorry We’re working on something really big right now, thank you for your patience.” This has been going on for months and I’ve been unable to login and withdraw my earnings meanwhile you’re still collecting my personal data everyday!!!! Seriously time for a lawsuit! This is not acceptable on any level 🙅♀️

Never cashes out always under maintenance

Waste of time
This app used to be great up until about four months ago and it went down for maintenance and has never been back. Would not recommend downloading. It’s a waste of time. You cannot even use this app anymore.
What Happened
I used to absolutely love this app. But it’s been under construction for months now. Anytime I open the app there’s a picture of a construction hat and says thank you for your patience, we’re working on something big things will be back soon! And that’s been the past 4 months. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, same thing. Does anyone else have this issue?

Deleting Your App!
Was Great, however, They no longer even have a running website- so I think they went Bankrupt- Or stole all our Data and Got in deep with the IRS 🤷♀️💸

This app has been “down” for maintenance for almost a year and I can’t connect to it even to disconnect my bank accounts from it. I’ve contacted the email and they haven’t responded in months. I just want to delete my account. That’s all!
