SLUGGISH LIVE UPDATES
The app refresh is terrible for live game updates. The worst sports book app when it comes to that. Sometimes a couple MLB innings pass and the app does not refresh. It leads to placing wagers based off old odds and scores

Up to the minute live scoring updates should get a little tweak in the bet slip because as someone who places a lot of parlays I wold like to look at my bet slip and see up to the second scores. That way I can see ALL of my actionAT THE SAME TIME without having to click on each separate leg of the parlay in order to get the information! Trust me guys this is definitely worth an adjustment!!! Just food for thought

Bet goes in without confirmation
A few times for me the bet goes in without a confirmation screen and I can’t take it back.

I’ve downloaded and played all of the top 10 apps for sports betting and never had any problems that come anywhere close to the problems I’ve had with this company. I signed up for the promo this weekend and deposited $40 which I played in different portions and got paid out for some and lost others. Then I start using my $5 promotional bets they offered as part of the promo and I noticed my bets were stacking up in the open bets section even though the games had ended a while ago. After the promotional bets were over I figured I’d give it a night and the money would probably show up the next day. NOPE! Still wasn’t there so I called and was told my bets were under investigation but they couldn’t disclose why. I asked him why the previous 5-6 bets I played with my own money got paid out or lost without issue and then when I started using the promotional bets whether I won or lost it didn’t pay me out or move to the settled side of my bets made. We’re now at day four and I still haven’t been paid or given an explanation as to why. Do not give these thieves your money!
