Constant issues logging in
Only app which constantly gives me issues logging in. Otherwise would be 5 for when it works
The worst
So for the last 2 days this app has locked me out and suspended my account. The chat is worthless they just leave you in it for hours and never answer you back. Email is just as bad as chat. I guess they have enough members they don’t need my money so I’m done.
Keeps Changing my home state
Annoyed, will change once fixed. Other than that, this is my favorite gambling app.

Caesars is the best .
There is no doubt that Caesars is the best Sportsbook betting app.
They really must not want people to bet here
Their promos are absolute dogwater, wouldnt even give me a $5 bonus bet on my BIRTHDAY had to bet a good amount of cash just to receive it. Every boost is a parlay requirement , every casino bonus is an insane rollover. One of the cheapest sportsbooks out there. Plenty of monumental better ones. STAY FAR AWAY.

Many issues with Caesars customer service. No one is ever there to chat with or if you call their number, it just hangs up on you. Worst

I’m telling you try out other sports books you will get more bonuses promotions free bets deposit bonuses etc in 1 month then you will life time with ceasers And it’s really not close !
GPS sucks
I’m not in New Jersey on iPhone. Any my android doesn’t even try to find me. So stupid
Update broke it
App has location access, keeps saying I’m in New Jersey while I’m in western New York. It’s also not keeping me logged in. So annoying

I have had a lot of fun placing my sports bets on this app and I have found it to be user-friendly, and less stressful than betting through other sports books.
No communication.
Absolute horrid experience trying to withdrawal. Customer service has yet to give me a straight answer. Can’t see myself recommending this to anyone.

I’ve won like 6 out 8 days this past week or so and everytime I won I was locked out around the 4th quarter. Which sucks if u wanna play next slate or cash out or hedge. But you do get back in after game ends
