Needs a better U.I.

It doesn’t allow you to add any customizations such as asking for an extra spread on the side, or asking for the pickle on the side. Additionally, it doesn’t keep you updated on the status of your order so you don’t know when it’s actually ready.

Can’t even order

Sitting here for 20 minutes with sleeping baby in car and cannot even get to checkout in the app. These people are definitely losing tons of money by not making their app work.

Horrible

This app is terrible. From the confusing UI to the wrong restaurant addresses, this app needs a major overhaul. They could learn a few things from other popular food ordering service apps.

Good, but could use extra features

I love the Zupas app, but it doesn’t give you the option to ADD simple items to your sandwiches such as Mayo or lettuce or tomato. So I can’t substitute Honey mustard for Mayo on the app as I would like to be able to. I hope that feature comes soon :)
