Needs a better U.I.
It doesn’t allow you to add any customizations such as asking for an extra spread on the side, or asking for the pickle on the side. Additionally, it doesn’t keep you updated on the status of your order so you don’t know when it’s actually ready.
Can’t even order
Sitting here for 20 minutes with sleeping baby in car and cannot even get to checkout in the app. These people are definitely losing tons of money by not making their app work.
Horrible
This app is terrible. From the confusing UI to the wrong restaurant addresses, this app needs a major overhaul. They could learn a few things from other popular food ordering service apps.
Good, but could use extra features
I love the Zupas app, but it doesn’t give you the option to ADD simple items to your sandwiches such as Mayo or lettuce or tomato. So I can’t substitute Honey mustard for Mayo on the app as I would like to be able to. I hope that feature comes soon :)
Can’t complete order
Unfortunately, it gives me an error and says it can’t validate the basket.
No Apple Pay?
I love the app and all the food choices but I have one major issue…no Apple Pay support?

Love Zupas, not the app
We order food on apps all the time but this new update is SUPER confusing. It seems like you’ve added an item to your order but it doesn’t go through. Not very user friendly. Looks good, but is 0 stars functional.
Makes no sense
Either this app is full on missing features, or the least intuitive food app I’ve ever used. Can’t even figure out how to use it and have to use the website instead.
No Reward!
What is the point of having this app if there is zero reward system. Everyone can use UberEats, Doordash, etc to order. I hope to see a purpose in this app.
Loyalty
Cant input my receipt for points for the loyalty points. Subpar app. Doesn’t work great.

Since version 1.3 I am not receiving inbox messages. I get emails about Zupas specials but nothing in my inbox on the app. This needs to be fixed asap.

Restaurant didn’t even get order.
If I could give this zero stars I would. I ordered everything though the app and it was confirmed and for curbside. When I got to the restaurant and checked I’m here no one was coming. Which led me to calling the restaurant and they didn’t even have my order. Everything on my side submitted, was confirmed, got a confirmation email, and was charged. They had no clue when I told them my order name. I had to go in and show confirmation which completely obliterates the reason for curbside. App - 0

Adaquate
Perfectly adequate app if you already know what you want. Menu items have no description though (at least not in pick 2) so you have to try to customize everything to actually see ingredient. Also does not have a pickup option for ASAP which is always nice when you are just ordering ahead.
Also run into an issue two times now where I have shown up to get an online order and it is not ready 15-20 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Some capacity management like the Crisp & Green app would be more useful than incorrect pickup times.

No rewards program
After so many years of being in business you still have no rewards program?! The food is great but honestly, it’s very disappointing to know you can’t rack pints for being an extremely frequent customer.
Not Intuitive, Hard to Customize Orders
What if you want dressing on the side? Didn’t see an option for it. What if you remember what something looks like but can’t remember the right name? Pictures would be nice.

Such a terrible app
Zupas is the worst. They constantly send you promotions, but force you to use their terrible app to use them. I’d be happy to use the app to use them, if it wasn’t so difficult to use. You have to click add order multiple times when making a combo, which makes no sense. The inbox on the bottom shows a coupon codes, but you might find them tricky to use. You’ll click on one, go all the way to check out, and then suddenly it won’t be there or won’t work. You have to go all the way back through your order, hitting the back button a billion times, and erase what you’ve already got in your cart, just to find out that the coupon expired! Really Zupas? You can’t remove those from the app when they expire? On top of a terrible app, their food really has gone downhill. Pretty sure my mother got food poisoning from them. I’m so done with Zupas.

Can’t order food at all
I can’t order through the app at all. It keeps saying to restart the app, which I have closed out in recent apps several times and nothing changes.
