App won’t add loyalty points. Called main office (Sandy) and left messages but no one will ever answer or call back. Very unprofessional.
Weird
I keep getting notifications for someone else’s orders. This person lives in a different city as me. I can see their personal information.
I do still get notifications for my orders as well. I don’t know where else to report this. I tried to get assistance in the App itself but there is no help there. They just want to know about your experience with the actual restaurant and not the App. It concerns me because I’m wondering if my information gets sent to other customers as well.

I absolutely love Cafe Zupas. I visit several every time in Utah. The ingredients are always fresh and the strawberry champagne vinaigrette dressing is delicious. One of my favorite places to eat in Utah.

the whole point of ordering ahead is so that your food is ready at a certain time . i have ordered from this location twice since it opened and have had to wait at least 10 minutes past my pick up time . its way to busy for the amount of people working

Could not place my order on the app because the cart didn’t show the items, price, or quantities correctly.
Wonky
We usually order from Zupas every other week. I have a gluten sensitivity and I really really like the options that they have. I have a lot of points. I’d like to use and I wanted my order to be placed on the app like I normally have done every other week. Today, I couldn’t get it to re-order my order nor could I get it to give me a total when I manually put the order together myself. This was frustrating and then it told me there were no slots available for today. This was at 6 PM. Very frustrating.
I really hope they can fix the glitches because it’s a little annoying. Now my points won’t go on my account because I didn’t order it through the app.
