A Great Cafe Nero brance at Notting Hill Gate
I was visiting London and stopped by at the store of Notting Hill Gate cafe Nero. Cafe Nero is always my favorite place to be. Whenever I need a break I stop by at my local branch in Arlington, MA, USA, they are the best. But Here in the Notting Hill Gate branch Natsuki and Jay again made my experience absolutely delightful. They helped me enable the app, made me get introduced to it well, they were so welcoming and their smiles made my day. I would add Natsuki and Jay to my list of souvenirs of happy memories from Londom.

Clunky needs a better ordering interface
Honestly this app never works well when I try to use it. It feels super clunky and mobile ordering is not intuitive and seems to not work half the time.

Could not pay on app
Could not pay on app in Edinburgh airport as your app launches on summer offers page and no signal to get to my payment page. Poor.
Great app, ruined by zero-balance gift card clutter – PLEASE add a delete button!
I regularly buy Caffè Nero vouchers through TopCashback, which means every single purchase generates a brand-new digital gift card. The problem? Once a card hits a £0 balance, there is zero way to remove or archive it.
I’m now stuck staring at a massive, frustrating wall of dead, empty gift cards every time I open my wallet view.
Please, developers: give us a basic swipe-to-delete or trash icon so we can remove zero-balance cards ourselves. It’s such an easy feature to implement and would instantly fix a hugely annoying user experience!

No “no milk” option!!
Ordering on the app - which is otherwise very good - there is no option to get a black coffee….
Fundamentally Broken
With the most recent update, when selecting a coffee, they’ve made milk selection mandatory with no option for “no milk”. So: they have made it impossible to order a black coffee.
