Amazing Café
I visit this Caffè Nero in Hounslow East almost every day, and it has truly become one of my favourite places. The cappuccino is always perfect, and the croissants are fresh and delicious—exactly what you need to start the day right.
What really makes this place special, though, is the wonderful team. I would especially like to thank Simona and Kiran. They are always welcoming, kind, and genuinely friendly. No matter how busy it gets, they serve everyone with a smile and create such a warm and positive atmosphere.
Their professionalism and positive energy make a real difference, and they are a big reason why I keep coming back every day. It’s rare to find service like this, and it deserves to be recognised.
Highly recommended to anyone looking for great coffee and even better service!

App error prevents signup
Tried signing up straight after downloading the app but I get the error “app needs to be updated first”. I just downloaded it- there are no updates available!
Pls fix the bug
Downloaded the app and trying to sign up. After entering the details and pressing sign up, it asked to update the app to finish registration. But the app is up-to-date and is not updating so I can’t finish signing up. Horrible experience

Latest App Fails when no signal
The app is ok when it works and it used to be reliable, even when there was no signal. Now it hangs, which is a problem in my local branch. It’s a pain to have to sign in to the wifi when you need use the app to pay and to record your points.
Discount and stamps
I use another coffee app that offers added discounts and stamps. However, Nero doesn’t give stamps. When you use Vodafone discounts on Costa. I can pay the difference of 50p and get a stamp. I’m not impressed with the rewards because money off is still a payment to them. If someone use discount they’d get the full amount. This really lets down the app. Also when my wife referred me it said on the App refer a friend and you get a free drink and they do but not one of us had a free drink very disappointing!
