No “no milk” option!!
Ordering on the app - which is otherwise very good - there is no option to get a black coffee….
Fundamentally Broken
With the most recent update, when selecting a coffee, they’ve made milk selection mandatory with no option for “no milk”. So: they have made it impossible to order a black coffee.

Barely usable
Mobile ordering is atrocious. How can Starbucks be so good when cafe Nero has the worst possible way to find stores. I ordered at the wrong location after what I thought I was ordering at the same spot. It doesn’t remember where you ordered from. The only easy thing to do is to tip and pay.
No perks!
The app itself is fine for paying for coffee and collecting stamps, but there hasn’t been a single perk for months. Throw the odd pastry and biscuit at your loyal customers!

Disappointed as a Caffè Nero fan
Their marketing team is rubbish and extremely slow - the team is discoordinated - they claim something will be done one day and not follow up on it at all. I’ve contacted via every method possible and received no true information.

A loyal customer for many years, two loyalty cards in credit, all my bank details on the app, on a recent visit to my local Caffè Nero I find my loyalty cards have disappeared my bank details disappeared, tried to sort it out only to be told someone has changed my account details end of story, i have nothing left but to delete the app.

I visit this Caffè Nero in Hounslow East almost every day, and it has truly become one of my favourite places. The cappuccino is always perfect, and the croissants are fresh and delicious—exactly what you need to start the day right.
What really makes this place special, though, is the wonderful team. I would especially like to thank Simona and Kiran. They are always welcoming, kind, and genuinely friendly. No matter how busy it gets, they serve everyone with a smile and create such a warm and positive atmosphere.
Their professionalism and positive energy make a real difference, and they are a big reason why I keep coming back every day. It’s rare to find service like this, and it deserves to be recognised.
