Sketchy Pricing and Promos
I really liked this app and was going to support it with an annual subscription. They put it on sale for $29 and then $35 a while later (but said it was the same percentage off). Then they kept increasing the base price and put it on sale for an increased sale price. Now it’s over $60 for a sub and the base price is much higher than it was just a few months ago. If they actually valued themselves and their product and settled on a price, stuck with it then it might be worth it. Keep in mind though that the content of this app isn’t worth more than $40 or $50 per year so the sale price of $35 was the best. I think the $29 sale price was too cheap and they probably didn’t make enough on it.

اشتركت في التطبيق باستخدام حساب Apple ID الخاص بي، لكن دفعت الاشتراك ببطاقة زوجي. بعد انتهاء مدة الاشتراك، تم تجديده تلقائيًا، وعندما حاولت إلغاء الاشتراك لم أجد أي خيار للإلغاء في إعدادات اشتراكات Apple، مما وضعني في مشكلة كبيرة.
تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء، لكنهم أخبروني أن الأمر خارج مسؤوليتهم، رغم أن المبلغ قد يُقتطع مرة أخرى.
للأسف، ندمت كثيرًا على الاشتراك بسبب هذه التجربة، وأنصح الجميع بالتأكد جيدًا من طريقة إدارة الاشتراك وإلغائه قبل الدفع
