Horrible “White Glove” Service
I would not recommend this brokerage company, especially if you are in the U.S. Kraken Pro might not be a “brokerage,” but they provide much better service! I’m actually appalled. Worst experience ever.
Not as advertised
I chose Caleb & Brown because they emphasize a white-glove, personalized client experience. Unfortunately, my onboarding experience didn’t match that expectation. After opening an account, speaking with an advisor, sending a $100 test wire, and proactively working with them to convert the account to my LLC, I still received generic compliance requests that suggested the context of my account hadn’t been carried through internally. The compliance requirements themselves weren’t my concern—it was the lack of continuity and communication between departments. For me, that didn’t align with the level of service that was advertised.

Are you kidding me?
Warning: This company operates out of Australia. Although they list a phone number, it has never been monitored in my experience, and calls are not returned. Contacting a broker doesn’t help. Using this exchange has been a significant waste of time.
Their support team consistently failed to read the detailed messages and screenshots I provided, which made the process extremely frustrating.
My experience with C&B was genuinely poor. Verification took three weeks, and withdrawing my crypto required three attempts over two additional weeks. The overall support experience was unreasonable

App works flawlessly for me. From download to signup to verification to transferring funds. Ya’ll might wanna upgrade your phones or update your app or something 🙌🏽. Had no problems whatsoever.
No tec support
If they want you to sign up with them they need some tec support or a better website that helps you with the process
I spent over a hour trying to setup my account and got no we’re it just kept coming back saying something is wrong it asks me for bank statements so I gave it one and it just keeps coming back wrong I got signed up on someone else’s site I less then 10mim that’s why the other site has 4.7stars and they only have 2.8

APP IS UP AND RUNNING SMOOTH
They are just simply the best. No other words. App is crisp. One thing that would be a good addition might be a nice graph when you are on your holdings and a graph when you go into each individual coin.
App needs Major Updatea
App keeps on freezing or won’t even load and why do I need to always enter 2 F.A to login to my account.

Useless App
It does not work just stays loading the hole time useless!!.
Not ready for the real world
Don’t try use this app yet. Caleb & Brown is great. They have along way to go with the app though so plan on sticking to your laptop for now.
APP 😭
I was really looking forward to their app but have never logged in because it doesn’t load past the login page. Just wanted to post in case someone else is having trouble with the app. Hopefully they get this resolved ASAP and I can redo my review.

App freezes using iPhone 14
I have tried to download the app numerous times and the app freezes on login. It is very frustrating.
Spacing Off!!
The word spacing or something seems to be completely off. All of my information is cut in half… My total investment at the top is cut in half and every line of activity is cut in half. You guys definitely should not have launched the app until it was perfected.
