What's New in CalFitness Pro
1.1.1
August 21, 2026
CalFitness now works on your wrist, and the workout log has been rebuilt around the way you actually lift. APPLE WATCH CalFitness now has an Apple Watch app. Log your sets from your wrist, run a drop set without switching modes, and skip or adjust your rest — all without picking up your phone. CONTROL YOUR SET FROM THE LOCK SCREEN The workout Live Activity is now interactive. Change the weight and reps straight from the lock screen, and the rest timer tells you which set you're resting for instead of just counting down. A REBUILT WORKOUT LOG - Rest targets are shown on every exercise, with a nudge for the ones that don't have one yet - Reorder exercises mid-session by dragging - The weight picker now only offers loads your gym can actually make, based on the plates and machines in your room - Rest settings from a saved workout now carry into the session SCAN THE PACKET Point your camera at a barcode to log a packaged food instead of searching for it by name. PROGRESS YOU CAN SEE - Progress photos now keep their angle, so a day of photos lines up over time - "Then vs now" shows how far a lift has come over months - Workouts in your feed are shown at your loads, not the poster's FIXES - Drop sets and supersets were missing from the workout log, and volume was undercounted - Completing a set could record 0 x 0 instead of the numbers on screen - Editing one number in a set no longer discards the other - A discarded workout could be restarted and finished into an empty session - The Live Activity sometimes stayed on the lock screen after a workout ended - The feedback button hid the rest of the app from VoiceOver - Restoring a deleted workout now puts it back in your feed - Vibration is now proper haptics, and there's a switch to turn it off
