Where is the tax form for the government? I used to get the tax deduction back. I am sorry that dividends no longer come as a cheque. I used to get a tax receipt. Where has that gone?

A two out of five star due to the constant issues with App, not allowing a password reset to my Hotmail account. Along with higher prices on several items compared to both Safeway and No Frills, across the street .

Your app has done an update. And I had to get help to figure out how to get back to using the app.
Older folks who basically helped get Co Op going in the first place, I feel are being left behind.
Your app is not user friendly for those who are not into technology. So if you don’t have the app, you miss out on the deals.

Not as good as it used to be
I’m still miffed that Coop stopped providing a shopping list. That was super handy.

Apps a life saver especially when making plans for shopping for booze and typical shopping! Keep it up and make the bonus cash genuine cash again. That’s the one thing I need as a newly 19 year old
Poorly Managed
If the app is glitching and you’re having purchases, co-op, won’t add any of the purchases to your account bonus cash and or anything else any other rewards that you were entitled to if the app is glitching, it takes them months to fix any glitches in the app and there is no App Support for users other than HEAD OFFICE doesn’t answer the phone and respond to request from the store promptly.

Have been using Co-Op app for the past 15 years and everytime they Amaze us with new offers, gas saving plus saving on groceries plus for filling out the gas co-op has included me in their Equity which is awesome
Unable to create account
Terrible experience trying to create an account in the app AND website. Getting an error occurred message, can’t imagine the what else doesn’t work. Frustrating!
Love the app
I love this app, I wake up Monday morning to see if I won the weekly prize. Coops meat and produce is the best in Canada.
Login Issues, No help provided
Can’t login or verify with my into since recent changes. I’ve reached out for help- and also have in the past for other issues- and either there’s no help or it’s very cumbersome.

Coop is going in the toilet. It seems they are doing everything they can to drive people away. Management is terrible.

Contest terms and conditions
Have checked the terms and conditions of several contests within the app and they always default to some random bacon contest from 2025? Do they not know how to update their own app? I also don’t like having to spin the wheel for each contest before I can get to the next one. They should just have an X on each one so you can ignore it and move on.
