Worked well a few yrs ago, but now there is a spinning wheel bug that needs fixing

Which I never purchased this. Smells wonderful when it works. Unfortunately I have to restart the system daily. Not sure if the problem is with the app or the diffuser or both.
App is the worst
This app is horrible , the only reason I have not bought another diffuser is cause this app will never open for me is just freezes and pretend is thinking and it just go on and on like that , I bought a pura cause this just is ridiculous specially for the price
Spinning wheel
Not sure what’s happened in the last month but the only way to get the app to respond beyond the login page is to uninstall completely and reinstall.
After iOS update
The app no longer works on my phone after IOS recent update.

This app struggles big time! It rarely lets me get in settings to change the schedule. When it works, it’s great. The problem is, it rarely works!
And, yes, I have deleted and redownloaded app, reconnected my device and still have the same issues. It’s too bad because I enjoyed using the device but now I can’t even get it to work.

Some suggestions
The device and scents are fantastic! The app is user friendly and great at what it offers but would be nice to select monthly scents from it as well as to have a visual estimate of what remains in the scent bottle.
Would like to see more features
The app works to sync with my diffuser and it’s great that you can set up a schedule and control the amount of scent diffused…
But the company pushes you into a monthly delivery program that can’t be managed through the app. If I want to change the next scent shipment, I have to go through the website instead. I would like to see this feature added so we can have it all in once place. Also would be nice to set up a reminder to replace the scent. Based on the room size it’s been set up for, the app should be able to track how much of the scent has been dispersed, and therefore when it is about empty.

Issue logging into the device
After detecting the device, I tap on it, then I enter the pin, the device beeps then the app goes back to the Home Screen. I can’t seem to login to the device.
Edit: finally was able to log in. But it’s very unpredictable. I even had taken the device off power, killed the app, still was not able to.

Y’all, I’m just gonna tell you right now.... YOU NEED THIS SYSTEM IN YOUR HOMES NOW!!! What are you waiting for?! This device and the wide variety of fragrances you can choose from BEATS everything else that’s on the market. Such a game changer for my apartment.
I have a husky in my home so when it comes to being a pet owner, you can safely assume my home would reek of dog food or their business on the pee pads right? Nope!!! Easy, effective, and smells so good
My little apartment smells SO good ☺️ I love that I can pick a new choose the times and the strength. The options for different fragrances are all amazing. It’s great service and no more wasting a ton of money on candles or sprays. 🙌🏽🙌🏽

Never been so happy with a scent diffuser. It makes me entire house smell amazing all the time and it even covers up our pet smells! Would recommend this 💯

Clean and functional
The app opens with great color and graphics. The app is so easy to use for anyone. It walks you through the process and then is very self explanatory. Pick your machine, level, days, time and hit save. Simple and clean. I loved setting it to come on 30 minutes before I wake up and to go off right when I’m done watching Netflix and go to bed.

Best Scent Machine App
I love this scent machine and the app to operate it is user friendly and designed beautifully. I set up my machine using the app in less than 5 minutes. It’s so easy to control your output of scent and couldn’t be more straightforward. I get compliments every single time someone new comes over to my house. I’ve tried all the scent machines and this one is the best. The app takes it to the next level!!

So easy to use. My house has never smelled better
Received my Fresh Home diffuser yesterday and installed it this morning. It took all of 2 minutes to setup and begin making my house smell better. The app quickly found the diffuser. I selected how long I wanted it run based on room size and clicked save. So easy!! I’m looking forward to trying other scents now.
