Everything on the app is awesome! The map has everything little bit you could ever think of! And when you go park,with a season pass,they scan the code and u get in for free!the place its self is awesome too.but sometimes in the water park,things are closed because there are not enough live guards!and that’s weird.sooooooo that’s what I have to say.

ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS APP
This is the worst app I’ve ever had to use! The times for the ride were completely wrong, and the app glitched constantly. For example, the app said that one of the lines for a ride would take 25 minutes. We ended up waiting in the line for over an hour. Another thing that made this app horrible was that it was incredibly hard to sign into or sign up for. I came to Great America on a field trip with my friend, and she had the same issues. The map features are horrible too. Maybe we were just too stupid, but we could not figure out how to get around the park. The map didn’t imply where the entrance/exit was and we ended up getting lost in the park. When we finally figured out how to use the navigation tool, it led us through a part of the park for employees only. We ended us getting caught by workers, but we didn’t even know we did something wrong. Then we got thrown out of the park and had to sit out there all day until the chaperones found us. We ended up getting in huge trouble with our teacher. ALL BECAUSE IF THIS STUPID APP WE LITERALLY GOT SUSPENDED FOR A WEEK! Do not, I repeat…

Unable to Add Park ID to App
I was able to add my Employee ID to my App in the past years, but with the newest update, I’m unable to do so.Two of my coworkers are able to see their pass on their accounts currently, but I’m told it was successfully added, but I’m unable to see it. This is the same for the Knotts app. I’ve reached out twice regarding this issue and there has been no resolve. Fix this PLEASE, it makes it way easier to use my Employee benefits while visiting as a guest!!
