Scam

bought the app for single use fast lane…. Passes don’t always show up. If I’m going to spend money for a major corrupt scamming amusement park, at least have the app make my payments show up.

Iffy functionality

I generally don’t have any problems with the maps, but the calendar is nearly useless. It tells me when it’s closed, but it’s blank when it’s open. What are the hours?
There’s also a bug with the notifications. You need to open the app. Read the notification or delete it, then close the app and reopen it for it to count as read.

Putting unnecessarily restriction

The app has issues when I try to reset my password. I haven’t finish the code but it tried to verify - and it failed of course. Then it said Max attempted. Ask me to wait. But I’m in the park already. Even after half hour I still can’t reset and login. What’s the point to stop people using your app? We are paid customers. The app design is nonsense.

The app needs help but the park itself is great

I’ve been going to Wonderland since I was 7 years old and it’s like my second home, when I got a phone I downloaded the app to find it was basically useless for me, although I checked all its features, I think the worst feature in the entire app is the map, although I didn’t need it I looked at it once and never went on it again, it’s a bit hard to navigate and it’s very hard to find things. Another problem with it is I have my gold pass on the app but when I try to click into it, it wouldn’t open and it doesn’t show the QR code needed to enter the park, so after waiting ages to open the app, I have to spend more time to open my photos. The best thing on it is probably the pass perks in wallet. It shows you how many times you need to get the perks, and of course, the best part is the perks itself, if you go to the park 4 times in a month you get a free bring a friend pass, which is really useful for me. One thing I would add to the app is a counter for how many times you’ve been to the park, one for a month, one for a year, and one for… well forever, I think it would be pretty cool to see how many times you’ve been there and you obviously need the bragging rights. Okay, enough about the app, let’s talk about the park itself. The rides are good, the food is good, the workers are mostly nice. I think the lines are always too long, but that’s not the park’s problem, I think they should have a accurate time assumption for the lines because the ones they added in front of the rides in 2025 are usually inaccurate. I think the food, beverages, and etc is quite overpriced, for example, a burger and some fries shouldn’t cost more than 20 dollars, another example is the water. I could go on for days about the water, WHY IS IT 7 DOLLARS FOR WATER, every time I go I see some innocent people get scammed by buying the water there, since getting water is free there, you just have to ask permission if you could refill your water bottle. So, about the workers now. Most of them are really nice and fair, but I just HAVE to give a shout-out to Vova, who was at Yukon Striker on August 20th, 2025. He is the best worker I have seen, no offense to the other workers, you’re all wonderful as well. But Vova’s calculations are insane, like I know some adding isn’t that hard but he takes a millisecond to do it all, if you know, each Yukon cart has three rows, and 8 seats in each row, he would ask for the numbers and go straight to the single riders and say “you, go to row one, you and you, go to row 2, you go to row 3” or something along the lines of that. And the second times I went on Yukon on that day, I saw he as switched jobs and is multitasking, like… bros rly cool. This experience on the single rider’s lane was a lot different than the last time I went, which was around a few day ago. There was a lady there, and no hate to her, but she wasn’t really doing the calculations right, she kept counting wrong and either having empty seats or have too much people in each row, and when I asked if I could have the empty seat, she said no. Like… what, what’s the point of the single riders if she doesn’t even put us in the single empty seats. I love the park and I love going there, but there are still many improvements before this park is at perfection.
