Great App to start Calisthenics
I regularly went to the gym and could lift more than average weight, this app made me realise how weak I was. Having started the journey, I am able to do a lot more than I previously though and noticed the difference in weight.
Refusal to refund recurring subscription
I understand the automatic annual billing is convenient for regular users. However, it should not come at the expense of basic fairness.
If someone is asking for a refund of the recurring renewal fee because they found the app difficult to use or couldnāt get value from it from the first year, refusing outright feels unreasonable. Consumers should not be locked into paying for something they cannot properly use.
In fact, consumer protection rules in places like the EU recognise this.
At a minimum, your policy should allow flexibility for genuine cases where users disengage quickly due to usability issues.
A more fair and understanding approach will go long way and building trust and confidence in your app.

Bad app, good when had some training without subscribing.
I believe itās a failed project. After the going pro for everything on the app lost my trust. I thing thy are in debt or scrambling for money .. avoid
Good but the pro plan is too expensive
I would suggest lowering it to Ā£60 for the annual plan. I think Ā£100 annually for an app is too excessive - it puts off a lot of people who would otherwise try the pro features.

Diese App ist klasse. Die Workouts sind gut strukturiert. Und auch wenn es auf den ersten Blick so aussieht, als wƤren die einzelnen Phasen der Workouts langweilig, weil sich die Ćbungen stƤndig wiederholen, merkt man doch schnell den Grund dafĆ¼r: FĆ¼r Calisthenics braucht man Kraft, viel Kraft. Die muss bei den meisten erst einmal aufgebaut werden vanity dieser App klappt das.
Wer kann sollte an einer Challenge teilnehmen. Das ist zwar intensiv, aber man bleibt auch dran, weil man in einer WhatsApp Gruppe angeleitet und gepusht wird. Es macht einfach SpaĆ.

Be very careful!
In my experience, Calisthenics Family was very quick to process my payment, but when I chose not to continue my membership, I faced difficulties getting a refund. They took out the full monthly payment for 3 months (not the offer price). Instead of returning the payment, they offered to extend my membership (have proof of this in an email)ā but ultimately did not follow through, and the membership was still stopped. They then ignored my emails about this. I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed with how the situation was handled.

Routines ok. UX is terrible
Dead clicks, broken links galore. Bit of a waste of time honestly. The app refresh made it impossible to use
Beware! No renewal notice for automatic yearly subscription.
I hadnāt used this app in over a year and only realized that I had an active subscription when I saw the pending renewal payment in my husbandās bank account. The subscription renewed on September 10th and I messaged Calisthenics Family on September 11th. I was referred to the terms and conditions and made aware that cancellation was not possible ā unless I was able to prove that I had the intention to cancel my subscription before September 10. One would think that not using the app for a whole year+ would suffice to prove the lack of interest in the app but alas, this was not the case.
I didnāt receive an e-mail about my upcoming automatic renewal and since the app isnāt billed through Apple it didnāt show up in my subscriptions either.
So I have now paid my yearly 99ā¬ subscription fee to Calisthenics Family ā a service that I have no intention of ever using. As a concession I was offered a 29ā¬ credit to their store which only contains Calisthenics Family merch.
I would love to rate the app in itself but since I havenāt used it in forever (and Iām not planning on using it) I canāt really speak to the quality or effectiveness. All I know is that it obviously didnāt work out for me since I quit using it.

Very Poor
Iāve had the app for just over a year and Iāve been very disappointed. The app was unavailable to use for a couple of months & then when it was relaunched its content was poor & navigation around the app is not very helpful.
Great app!
The Calisthenics family app is brilliant, so easy to use and keeps everything on track, used for 2 programs so far and will continue to use, worth paying for premium the additional content is good if want to process further in Calisthenics

I do not recommend using the app or subscribing to the Pro service at all. It seems that the only goal is to make a profit in exchange for a service that suffers from significant shortcomings. The app experiences frequent outages, and the administrators do not respond to customer inquiries via email.

Rip off merchants
This is the worst organisation Iāve ever dealt with. I signed up initially and never used it. I forgot my login details and couldnāt figure out how to get in and cancel. I submitted multiple request for assistance all were ignored and then I was charged for a subsequent year. Iāll have to cancel my PayPal account to stop any further payments.. basically a scam.. strongly warn again strongly signing up.

Iām having a problem adding skill level points. When I press the plus symbol it takes me to the description every time and I canāt add the points. 12 pro max
Abandoned App
There are no frequent updates, support is not responding, there are many clearly visible bugs in the app. And despite all that it has a yearly price that is almost double of most other similar apps that provide 10x more functionality. Ah, and there is no free trial. Donāt think I need to say moreā¦

sind mir zu aufgeblƤht oder zu kompliziert.
Leider ist die neue Version dieser App noch mit kritischen Bugs behaftet - die App beendet sich mitten im Training (Crash?) und verliert dabei alle Daten der laufenden Session.
Offenbar arbeitet man an neuen Features, aber die grundlegendsten Anforderungen wie StabilitƤt und Datenerhalt kommen evtl. zu kurz. Ich hoffe auf das nƤchste Updateā¦

Very slow loading
If i want to watch a video on how to do an exercise it just wonāt load, I canāt edit workouts either. Not using this anymore gonna keep using youtube videos
