Simple and effective
Used it for years. Love the new additions (cardio and etc. wish they’d add the IsoMax protocols too or have a sister app for that). Can’t recommend it enough. 10 stars

Lots of great exercises
This is an awesome app. Lots of really great work. There’s nothing with rings (hopefully will be added someday), but there’s a nice feature where you can add your own movements.

Great workout app!
Just downloaded and used for the first time and am loving it!! App is easy to use and get started. I planned my routine with a mix of pre programmed exercises and ones I added in myself. Voice over announces each workout, gives you a rep counts and tells you when to rest. App doesn’t interfere with music apps either, so you can have Spotify and voice over at the same time.
Pre programmed workouts have multiple progressions which the app can take you through as you successfully complete workouts.

The app is fantastic to use. Simple with ore built routines or the ability to add your own. Progressions from literally nothing to the hardest.

I’ve been using this app for years and love it! It is still updated regularly and the creator often incorporates user feedback to make it better. If your a fan of convict conditioning or progressive calisthenics this is a must have app.

The Calisthenics app to keep
This is the best Calisthenics app I found so far. Practical and easy to use. It is constantly developing from the users comments and suggestions in the app forum. It is initially centred in convict conditioning but it can be made into anything you want.

Great app, more ab workouts though
Just got the app and it is fantastic! Only issue I see is I’m using another app right now to focus on my abs because this doesn’t provide that much variety.
