HOW DO YOU INPUT YOUR PHONE NUMBER??

I keep getting an error message: “number is incorrect FORMMAT [sic]”
I’ve tried everything & can’t get past that screen.
Please explain.
Should not be this difficult. Between your spelling mistake & inability to input number does not bode well for you.
If you are unable to provide instruction immediately, please refund my $4.99.
And I can’t even leave this message without giving you a rating?
