Charge me before the free trial even started
I have a very important call that I need to record so I downloaded this app to try out the three day free trial soon as I accepted the free trial. They instantly charged me the $12.99 plus the fee fees. I immediately canceled it and delete it.

Absolute trash. Ask for help, it opens an email without an address. Can’t record anything not sent to its server.

App Didn’t Work for me
I signed up for the trial. Followed the directions multiple times to make a call recording. The app would appear to record and would say “recording processed” but there’s no recording saved in the app. I did this three times in a row.
recommend
setup was easy and finding old recordings later is simple, which matters cause i keep a lot of them. i deal with clients over the phone and its nice having a record of what was said. would recommend to anyone in the same boat

use it mostly for work calls with contractors so i have something to point back to if theres a disagreement later
lifesaver for my small business
I run a small contracting business and half my job is phone calls with clients and suppliers. I just tap record when a call matters so i always have something to point back to. The recordings are organized by date which makes finding an old call so easy. I went premium after a couple weeks because the price was fair and honestly it pays for itself the first time a customer tries to change what we agreed on. Cant recommend it enough.

Scammed by this developer
I was offered a 3 -day trial on 8/14/2026. I accepted the 3-day trial. Instead of the trial I was charged instantly. I reported the problem to Apple within minutes of the charge. I was told after they told me the developer deny the refund because I did have a trial in 2017, nine years ago. The developer did not warn me I was going to be charged instantly. I did not have the opportunity to not approved the charge. Now I have no recourse to even ask because the developer review my report of Scam/Fraud I said he was been abused by people who abuse Free Trials. If you are don't offered or Inform people they already have a trial like me 9 years ago. Inform them you are intending to charged instantly after accepting the Free Trial. Shame on you.

Important call
I needed to record a phone call yesterday and now there is nothing this app recorded. I am highly disappointed. I paid for a year but that is all they will get from me. My subscription was cancelled as of now.

Faulty Advertising
Apparently forgot that I attempted to trial this in the past, and initiated another trial the other day. After a few seconds, I realized that the trial does not allow for you to demo a recorded phone call.. I actually only needed to record one phone call for legality reasons. Once I cancelled the subscription during those brief moments, a prompt from apple subscriptions read that the cancellation would be effective following the “3 day trial” that was claimed. Apple support then assured me I would not be charged, yet I was. Now they are refusing the refund that I believe I should be entitled to! This app needs to include transparency in the description stating that you cannot trial a phone call, which why do they even offer a trial? Additionally, it should read one trial per apple account. Could have saved me time, money and a 1 star review :(

I want my money back!
The sound quality is terrible and the person on the other end can tell because of it. It sounds like you’re talking out of a can. It also takes way too long to merge the calls when somebody calls you.
