Doesn’t record

This whole time I thought the phone call was being recorded 37min call and once I hung up I go to check out the recording and ONLY 2 min was recorded and saved where is the rest of the 35 mins at? And then u guys have the audacity to charge for this app!!!!

Not what it saids it is does not record my income or out going calls

Hi, We are sorry for the inconvenience. Incoming and outgoing call works as per our instructions. You have to merge our call to record carrier numbers. Using our VOIP feature, All the outgoing calls will be automatically recorded. You can find more details in the app about recording instructions.
