Scam - not worth it

This involves 3 way calling and is cumbersome when it works. It works only sometimes. Feels like a scam. Who knows why it has any good reviews. Piece of @&#!

Scam

I downloaded the app with the free trial, read the instructions and decided it's not gonna work for me as there are too many steps between accepting a call and the actual recording, so I cancelled my subscription to the app within the first hour. I was still charged $70 and the support has never responded to my emails.

Horrible app

Purchased the app for a very important legal phone call, it said it was recording, ended the call and it recorded :28 seconds of a 30 min+ phone call.

For 6 months it worked about 92% of the time. Then one day it just stopped working altogether.

It is a scam

I search for a completely free phone call recorder. This came up and it said it was free, but as I was setting it up a price and what purchases plan came up. It said it was free. This is a scam.

Can’t merge!

With the latest software update, the merge button isn’t an option anymore. I called the service number, added a call, but then there was no option for me to merge them. I could switch between the two, but I couldn’t merge them.

doesn't work

if you're calling a place that will put you on hold or transfer you, it will not record the entire conversation. this is literally what i downloaded this app for, complete waste and i didn't get what i needed at all.

The iPhone recorder is so easy to use. When you use busy and on the go it helps to make sure you remember or recall important information discussed.

Play odd elevator music

This app does work but I cancel my subscription moments after trying it out. When you attempt to record an incoming call it plays this off elevator/hold music before connecting. This destroys the entire point of recording as the other party would instantly be suspicious as to why they were just hearing that sort of music. If you need to record someone like a doctor office or insurance company and you don’t want them to be aware just get an outside voice recorder- place your phone on speaker and record that way.

Do not recommend

It does not disclose that in order to record a call you must first dial a 3rd party phone number, merge that call with your call you want recorded and then the recording happens. Completely useless. With the new Apple update there is a call recording feature already in the phone app. Works so much better than this.

To record a call the app must connect to a technical assistance number and then you merge that line with your call. Way too expensive

The first few calls I did during my free trial did not show up in my saved calls until several days later. After I cancelled my subscription I continued to be charged and was not refunded for the expensive weekly fee that I thought had been canceled. Be careful with the cost of your get a free trial to see how it works.

Asked for a Review the Moment I Opened It

Anything that asks for a review before I have had a chance to use it gets 1-star. This app wanted a review before I made it past the second screen of the opening tutorial.

SCAM

iPhones themselves can record phone calls so why pay a very expensive subscription? On top of the subscription they want you to call a random American number in order to record and conveniently do not tell you this until you try to record plus no warning of the severe charges the carrier might have. Absolutely scam

We have a limited number of selected countries with assistance numbers from our service due to country restrictions. It's possible that your caller country is not on the list of our support numbers, so you had to pay extra for this connection.
