Love this app, canceled ring central
Inbound calls / no registration
After using this app for several years it was the best app reliable for inbound calls without having to leave the app open in the background on iOS. Within the last week or so I noticed I wasn't getting calls. It's no longer registering on my pbx. And I figured it was an account issue so I deleted my account and went back to sign up and the sign up was gone. So I think this app is now dead.

Great interconnected system!
Works flawlessly on ios, android, and windows, or from any browser. Ties all your devices and voip together. Have to register using their online server and bit of a learning curve to figure it all out. Online tutorial and help leads you the way.
DTMF Tones
Need the ability to send DTMF tones during a call. Nothing in your user guide addresses this widely and commonly used feature. How can I access features on the calling line if I can’t even send a “1” for English? How can I leave voice messages if I can’t send a “#” to complete? Please add this feature as soon as possible, thanks

Our lines with voip.ms support SMS/MMS so would love to see support added to this app to be able to receive/send SMS/MMS Text Messages..

We are receiving calls but the caller doesnt hear us we have multiple phones with the same issue android and ios

i wanted a universal sip client to connect 3 sip numbers. looks like that is not possible.

LOTS of progress
Though initially I rated this app poorly, they constantly update it and release more features and bug fixes. Overall now that I’ve been using it more frequently i have forgotten the bad times and rarely have issues with it. I’m sure wanted feature will be added soon enough.
Now works with cell data
I do love this app but I have found that sometimes the reliability of it working over cell data (FIDO LTE) networks has been sketchy. It used to work consistently over wifi and cell data without any problem... it has been working in recent weeks (Nov. 2018) so I am hoping the app continues to be reliable.

Has serious potential, needs work.
Basic user would have a difficult time setting this up. Luckily I figured it out fairly easily but noticed the call push ringing future when you have multiple devices configured does not work properly. I have three devices configured where only the desktop would ring when I called the number. I hope they install call kit into this app so it performs like the regular calling app.
Also please for the love of humanity, give user is the option to change ringtones.

Works great… until
It all works amazing, but then, when I give it access to my contacts, it takes a while and then it crashes. After that, there is no recovery except to uninstall, install back again and log in (without giving it access to contacts).

Beautiful, simplistic and a joy to use
I needed something that didn't force a particular companies voip service ( in the guise of a free app ). Think I've found the app. Plugged in my voip settings and initiated my first call. The quality was what I would describe as good. Although the app is barebones - initial setup is only sip settings, codec support is unknown or changeable; it serves a function of elegant UI with user friendliness. Did we mention it was free?

WOW great app !!!
Connected to my phone system and it just works, it shows all my contacts and notes.
However, if I turn off the app, I can not receive calls :(
