Terrible app & product
Terrible product, difficult to work with, not user friendly, doesn’t sync well at all with website version/browser portal.
I don’t like leaving bad reviews
But I’ve had to on multiple VOIP apps. I don’t know if it’s an issue with iOS or just bad VOIP devs but I’m losing sales calls constantly, it’ll ring, I’ll say “hello” 3-5 times with nothing but dead silence. They’ll call back and someone else will get the call. Losing thousands of dollars because of this. Nobody has any answers as to what’s going on.

Constant bugs
You have to have the app open to answer a call or it goes to Voicemail. If the app is open and you try to answer, it might just send it to voicemail anyway. Get a text and read it? Better believe it will continue to notify you to the point you delete the app. It’s wasting my time. I’ve had 4 Voicemail notifications while writing this…

Terrible
Phone calls drop, text messages don’t send, super laggy, bad design. Overall not a good app
Good app needs scheduled DND
The app works well to have access to my desk phone when I’m away. Like the Do Not Disturb function. Request ability to schedule DND so I don’t forget I have it toggled or get a work call at 3am. Very stable and I can hear calls well.
Broken app
I’ve reset my password a few times and I STILL can’t log in. Please fix your app. This app worked completely fine last week.
Non functional after recent update
Updated app like it suggested now the app is completely non functional now and will only force close itself

Yeah, the app already sucked on its own, but now with this update, it doesn’t even open. Maybe they should test the app before releasing it to the public or putting it on the App Store.

Update broke my app
Did anyone else’s app break after the latest update? I can’t even open the app now. It tries to open, but closes after a few seconds.
Failure to open.
Use this app for my work cell. Did an update and now I can no longer open the app.

Update the App
The app requires significant updates. If companies are investing in this app, they should consider switching to a different one. It crashes during incoming or outgoing calls. It should be able to handle this basic function.

Poor Quality
This communication app is used by a company I work at as our main phone system. Completely reliant on consistency and reliability in order for us to call and receive calls with our employees and customers.
I am no longer able to receive all my calls, most calls go straight to voicemail. When I place calls, receivers on the other cannot hear me or there is so much disturbance in the quality that I can’t get through to connect a call.
