App is always in and out. Some messages never even show up.
Constant bugs
Update: the app is still hot garbage. Even with the app open calls still get dropped and go to voicemail. Iām looking like an idiot first call to a customer. I could probably build a better app with A.I.
You have to have the app open to answer a call or it goes to Voicemail. If the app is open and you try to answer, it might just send it to voicemail anyway. Get a text and read it? Better believe it will continue to notify you to the point you delete the app. Itās wasting my time. Iāve had 4 Voicemail notifications while writing thisā¦

Terrible product, difficult to work with, not user friendly, doesnāt sync well at all with website version/browser portal.
Whole app is trash, browser is no better
The entire app sucks. Nothing works. Notifications donāt work. Itās super limited. We just switched over and itās issue after issue. The web browser is no better. Itās so bad itās made me want to write my first ever review

But Iāve had to on multiple VOIP apps. I donāt know if itās an issue with iOS or just bad VOIP devs but Iām losing sales calls constantly, itāll ring, Iāll say āhelloā 3-5 times with nothing but dead silence. Theyāll call back and someone else will get the call. Losing thousands of dollars because of this. Nobody has any answers as to whatās going on.

Terrible
Phone calls drop, text messages donāt send, super laggy, bad design. Overall not a good app
Good app needs scheduled DND
The app works well to have access to my desk phone when Iām away. Like the Do Not Disturb function. Request ability to schedule DND so I donāt forget I have it toggled or get a work call at 3am. Very stable and I can hear calls well.
Broken app
Iāve reset my password a few times and I STILL canāt log in. Please fix your app. This app worked completely fine last week.
Non functional after recent update
Updated app like it suggested now the app is completely non functional now and will only force close itself

Yeah, the app already sucked on its own, but now with this update, it doesnāt even open. Maybe they should test the app before releasing it to the public or putting it on the App Store.

Update broke my app
Did anyone elseās app break after the latest update? I canāt even open the app now. It tries to open, but closes after a few seconds.
Failure to open.
Use this app for my work cell. Did an update and now I can no longer open the app.

Updated the app and it keeps logging me out and wonāt let me log in disappointing
