Not fully baked
There’s frequent issues when trying to type, with the agents who start the chats setting appointments without confirming, not getting notified when someone needs to chat, and it’s just a really poorly made product. The idea is great but I would not recommend this company. Our implementation “expert” was a joke too and showed up to meetings late and was condescending in meetings.

Not reliable
Tons of bugs, not notified of someone needing to chat frequently, and typing on the app is buggy. The idea is great and when it works it’s nice but it’s not reliable.
Terrible
Terrible. I get a text when a lead comes through. When I click the link, it prompts me to download the app, which is already downloaded. So then I have to open the app from the App Store. I needed to reset my password, so it emailed me a link. When I click the link, it takes me back to the log-in prompt. Just a really poorly created app.

Lost opportunities
I’ve lost so many opportunities because of this stupid freaking app. Terrible developers. Horrible product.
Log in issue
I keep getting logged out so by the time I log open the app for customer it’s already too late. So irritating
