Not reliable
Tons of bugs, not notified of someone needing to chat frequently, and typing on the app is buggy. The idea is great and when it works it’s nice but it’s not reliable.
Terrible
Terrible. I get a text when a lead comes through. When I click the link, it prompts me to download the app, which is already downloaded. So then I have to open the app from the App Store. I needed to reset my password, so it emailed me a link. When I click the link, it takes me back to the log-in prompt. Just a really poorly created app.

Lost opportunities
I’ve lost so many opportunities because of this stupid freaking app. Terrible developers. Horrible product.
Log in issue
I keep getting logged out so by the time I log open the app for customer it’s already too late. So irritating

I can’t even log in when I’m on my data, and it’s frustrating,

with this, there’s nothing i can’t do from wherever i am, whenever it is, to keep things going with a customer. it’s BIG!
