You can file a claim by opening the ECP Claims app, selecting one of three claim options (Interior, Exterior, or Key/Fob), and providing your personal and vehicle information. The app guides you through the process and notifies an ECP Claims representative immediately.

Yes, for Interior and Exterior claims, you can supply up to 5 photos with your claim. It is recommended to be connected to a wireless network for faster photo uploads.
