No Face Id Login
It’s hard to believe that this app was rolled out without enabling Face ID. As archaic as the last one was at least this feature worked. I’ve made multiple calls and no one seems to know when this is going to get resolved. Once it is, I will change my review to more stars.

Well the geniuses finally did it: they made it impossible to access your account!
The old version of the app won’t work anymore so you have to update to this version.
You’ll then have to “re-enroll” to do anything at all, so have your SSN and DOB ready, because the app will confirm your answers with CEFCU’s records.
After that, you’ll have to enter your username (old? new? it’s unclear) and your password (same deal… old or new it’s not made clear if you’re to give existing information or make up new login credentials) WHICH WILL FAIL AND GIVE YOU NO EXPLANATION WHY EVEN THOUGH EVERYTHING LOOKS FINE BECAUSE ALL THE LITTLE GREEN CHECKMARKS ARE GREEN AND NOT RED “X”s

Very frustrating
A very volatile and poorly designed app
Always crashes when I try to login
I tried deleting and reinstalling – crash.
I tried power cycling the phone – crash.
Broken app. Not much more to say.

Could use further refinement.
The most notable annoyance with the app is the insistence of informing me to enable quick access. I get it, I know it’s available. However, to put it at the top of the screen after logging in and not letting me dismiss the enable quick access prompt so that my account info can be prioritized is poor usability.
