Everytime I go back into the app it’s frozen. I have to hard close the app and reopen it everytime to log food

Paid Subscription, No Access

I purchased this app through the App Store and have an active subscription. Unfortunately, I cannot log in to the app at all. I have contacted the developer’s support team multiple times, and although they acknowledge the issue, they have failed to provide any solution. It is unacceptable to sell subscriptions to an app that paying customers cannot even access. Avoid this app until the developer fixes this problem

Locks up constantly

Recently installed and initially impressive. Now useless since it ignores all input attempts. Rebooting the phone helps but only for one reason not before it freezes again.

Alle paar Tage ohne Funktion

Sie funktioniert 2-3 Tage dann gibt es nur noch einen weißen Bildschirm und das Handy reagiert gar nicht mehr auf die App mehrfach neu installiert. Immer das gleiche Ergebnis. Man kann sich auch nicht anmelden. Benutzername wird nicht gefunden. Dadurch dass nichts gespeichert wurde sind die Ergebnisse und Daten der 3,4 Tage jedes Mal verloren und man beginnt von neuem an sich sehr gut nur sie müsste funktionieren

Olá! Infelizmente, o aplicativo não possui atualmente um recurso de salvamento e autorização de dados. Esse recurso serve apenas para encontrar e restaurar sua assinatura feita fora do aplicativo. Se você comprou uma assinatura no aplicativo e ela está ativa, você receberá um erro ao tentar fazer login.

Needs improvement

The app crashes/freezes a lot. Not sure why I can create/login an account. Some things need to be made simpler or explained better.

When I take pictures of ingredients, it comes up with different values when it’s exactly in the same container and is exactly the same so we cannot accurately assess what’s in the picture
