Very good app

good app but sometimes the demonstration thing where it shows what muscles your working on disappear and just says what the work out name is also i keep randomly getting logged out but it’s okay because it is easy to sign back in other than that the app is really good you don’t really need a subscription like the other workout apps and i really like the idea of muscle rankings
