Does not sync
This app does not sync with Apple Health. I have asked customer service about this twice and they keep saying it’s been delayed.
Axis Scale
Purchased the scale through FSA Store. Initially the scale only gave me my weight and BMI. Contacted Aura and Susan was able to help me to get my first body scan. Cool!! Tried to scan this morning, nope. Back to the same thing, weight and BMI. I hope I don’t have to contact Aura every time I want a body scan. Damn!!

Not great
The videos are nice but that’s the only thing that works on this app. You can’t sync your device; you can’t add your info to a profile; there’s literally no instructions on how to use the app anywhere online.
