Best quality seafood & meat

I m using this app regularly now because the quality of fish… chicken… mutton… is so good i have tried there some seafood range and it was fresh than local market no fishy smell or anything best brand

Availability of Items

Notify Me Option- Why do I have to mention my email id, mob no etc for each item? Dont you have all the details available with you?? Also, why to keep all such items on the platform when they are always out of stock??

Membership not provided

I purchased a 1-month membership, but the delivery fee is still being applied to my next order. There’s no membership information shown in my account, though the order details do show the membership purchase history

Worst Sea food app

Worst app to order sea food. The product is not available at the store and still they take orders. You will not receive any intimation whether you will receive the product or not. After several attempts the customer call service will answer your call and keep you on hold for long hours. Worst experience!!

Duplicate products looting prices

I ordered 583rs mutton and chicken seekh kebab from them mutton was 250g seems tasteless like frozen from months with chemicals. Secondly, another scam was adraki chicken seekh kebab they said for 300rs giving discount for 275rs wen product came it was written 275 only mrp that means they playing with providing fake prices on their platform. Its FRAUD😖. Then wen i fried those the taste was so bas there was no adrak in it😂 and taste was bad trust me I’m muslim I never had such tasteless kebab in my life. Whole 275rs wasted as I had to throw it away. So people PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE ON THIS APP. They provide fake chemical meat.

Login Issue

There is an interface issue. The OTP section comes at the top edge near the dynamic island / face ID Notch, making it impossible to key in the OTP. It needs to sit lower (preferably at the bottom of the app). Request you to please sort out this issue. I have a screenshot of this, do let me know how could i share for further understanding.

WORST SERVICE

Heloo to everyone , just wanted to share my review on this app that please there are ample of places in mumbai where we can buy good and fresh sea food. This app is just waste of time and money. These people deliver whatever they have and that too old product which even humans will not give to dogs. And after delivering when u ask them for help that by mistake the have delivered wrong product they will never accept it. This happened with me from CST Store which is in mumbai. The delivery guy just delivered something and fast ran away without showing what is inside the bag. And when we complain the head office they say no sir this is not our product. I asked them for a CCTV footage of where that product has been packed before delivery but they refuse to show me that. As they knew they are wrong.
Please we all have hard earned money and it should not be wasted on such apps and brands.
