Not allowing to log in
App is asking for first name post OTP submission. When I add my first name, it shows an error “Please contact customer support as maximum name change limit is exceeded”
Bad ethics from a Tata brand
Food is good.
However, had an experience after which I stopped ordering. A key item ordered was accepted, but got a call later that this item is not available, please substitute. I declined, expecting the order to be canceled and amount refunded.
A few days later when I checked on refund status, was shocked to find the order listed as delivered :(
