This is the best food delivery app, no food from Zomato or Swiggy can compare to having Taj on your dinner table! Pricing for a lot of items are perfect compared to Zomato or Swiggy, just switch to Qmin and have Taj everyday! đ€©
Not allowing to log in
App is asking for first name post OTP submission. When I add my first name, it shows an error âPlease contact customer support as maximum name change limit is exceededâ
Bad ethics from a Tata brand
Food is good.
However, had an experience after which I stopped ordering. A key item ordered was accepted, but got a call later that this item is not available, please substitute. I declined, expecting the order to be canceled and amount refunded.
A few days later when I checked on refund status, was shocked to find the order listed as delivered :(

Poor payment link
For some time now, the App hangs after reaching the Payment stage - is doing so now too - to says it is reaching the last straw would be correct. Good food and service ruined by a kindergarten quality app
Useless App
Payment doesnât reflect on the app even after payment has made. Order doesnât get executed.
Unable to place delivery
Once we add items to cart and try to choose the address, the app doesnât work. This has been an issue more than a year. Not sure if this app is even supported anymore
Stone Age app
Incredibly primitive in design. Forces you to enter personal details but doesnât let you edit them.

Qmin does not work
A most third rated rubbish app which just does not work for placing Qmin orders. Itâs shocking to think that Tatas could come up with such a poor product. Does not deserve even one star

Please donât waste your hard earned money on ordering food on Qmin. Had a really bad experience from ordering food from Vivanta by taj dwarka. The quality and taste of food was very poor!!! Waste of money
Bad Service
Wanted to get a home delivery, but the app didnât function well enough. Tried to reach Taj/Qmin through customer care but I was redirected to 15-20 representatives with no answers and ultimately no one could help me with the delivery.
The amount of inefficiency, lack of customer regard and incompetency is disappointing from an institution like Taj. Never ordering from here.

Pathetic service. No delivery within given timeline. Irritating customer care who repeats themselves 3-4 times making you further furious. Skip it! Qmin isnât worth investing time on a Saturday!

From the time the Taj made the Qmin offer we hv been good customers , sampling the wide variety on offer . Great menus and wonderful food .
Seamless experience and delicious food
I have to say there wasnât a lot of choice of restaurants to choose from but thatâs only because theyâre just starting out.
I got to order from Taj Vivanta for my parents, picked a time slot and the order arrived right on time. The food was delicious and I was able to pay for the food using my international credit card which even big giants like Zomato donât offer.

Excellent customer service!
Wow! Yummy Taj food, ordered from different restaurants all over town delivered within an hour. Food was hot, fresh and delicious! Food was delivered by an extremely courteous and polite Taj employee and wow was bowled over by their hospitality extending far beyond the hotel and still being impeccable! After seeing the Western concept of hospitality, Tata group hats off to your heartfelt hospitalityđđ

Bad app
Very buggy on opening it keeps trying to get to last used location and locks up. Quicker to walk to Taj and get your food. Tata have TCS as their brand yet their websites and apps are the worst in their sectors
