Extremely fantastic!

This is the best food delivery app, no food from Zomato or Swiggy can compare to having Taj on your dinner table! Pricing for a lot of items are perfect compared to Zomato or Swiggy, just switch to Qmin and have Taj everyday! 🤩

Bad ethics from a Tata brand

Food is good.

However, had an experience after which I stopped ordering. A key item ordered was accepted, but got a call later that this item is not available, please substitute. I declined, expecting the order to be canceled and amount refunded.

A few days later when I checked on refund status, was shocked to find the order listed as delivered :(

Bad Service

Wanted to get a home delivery, but the app didn’t function well enough. Tried to reach Taj/Qmin through customer care but I was redirected to 15-20 representatives with no answers and ultimately no one could help me with the delivery.

The amount of inefficiency, lack of customer regard and incompetency is disappointing from an institution like Taj. Never ordering from here.

Seamless experience and delicious food

I have to say there wasn’t a lot of choice of restaurants to choose from but that’s only because they’re just starting out.
I got to order from Taj Vivanta for my parents, picked a time slot and the order arrived right on time. The food was delicious and I was able to pay for the food using my international credit card which even big giants like Zomato don’t offer.

Excellent customer service!

Wow! Yummy Taj food, ordered from different restaurants all over town delivered within an hour. Food was hot, fresh and delicious! Food was delivered by an extremely courteous and polite Taj employee and wow was bowled over by their hospitality extending far beyond the hotel and still being impeccable! After seeing the Western concept of hospitality, Tata group hats off to your heartfelt hospitality👏👏

Worst app experience , great service wasted !

Have been a regular high value customer as I love Taj and Qmin delivery. Completely disgusted as the app stopped working and since one month following up with customer support and they took lot of time to revert and then closed issue without solving and app still doesn’t work! What a disaster of tech incompetence for a great product

Terrible App

There’s always a technical glitch with the payment. There’s no way to track whether the order has gone through. No way to contact the customer service. If and when the customer service team calls you they never have any answers. The team insists on placing orders online even though there’s always a glitch. They didn’t even know by when the refund would be initiated. Basically my money is stuck. Absolutely terrible tech and customer service!

Strange issue

App is asking for update but there isn’t any update available on AppStore. I have uninstalled many times to fix but still not working. Please look into this.

Q min app menu for comfort food at Taj Westend

Today I ordered for comfort food for 2 Pax lunch from Taj Westend, Bengaluru based on the Menu as listed on the q min website. To my surprise, my delivered ordered had lesser items then as listed on the q min website. On enquiry I was told that the delivery is as per what is their on the q min app, which unfortunately was of lesser items then as listed on the website! This is the first time I have experienced the less then pleasant experience. Make sure the menu listed on both the q min app and website are identical to avoid a customer feeling let down!

It stopped working

After ordering from the app for the first time I cannot use the app. Thankfully the order got delivered on time but I won’t be able to order again as when I open the app I get nothing. I have deleted the app many times but it still doesn’t work. If only I could send you the screenshot you would know what I am trying to convey

Unstable

The latest version is quite unstable - crashing at the slightest browse - have enjoyed the experience so far, but current version stability needs to be fixed quickly

Please don’t use this APP

Please don’t order from this app !! They are absolutely worth for nothing interms of keeping the customers posted on their status. I have ordered lunch and the order was placed successfully.. but without any notification they cancelled my order and we had to wait 2 hours thinking food is on our way. I got to know when i called customer care that my order was cancelled finally. For such a big service industry, I am really disappointed with their customer service to customers.

Superb!

The app is easy to use and the menus are amazing. The food arrives at the promised time, well packed and hot, in ecofriendly containers. It’s like getting 5⭐️meals at home!

Qmin is the best app that I have discovered so far. Not only they deliver it on time the food is delicious and quantity is really good.

Excellent food but outdated app

Ordered from golden dragon. The food was sooooo good I feel guilty giving a 2 rating.

But the app is outdated. It didn’t properly track delivery and is so so far behind delivery apps…you expect the taj to either partner with an efficient delivery partner or up the game on its own app.

Food got delivered 15 mins late and the inability to track the person delivering is so out of synch with the times…

I’m sure you can fix this and support the excellent food being dished out by the taj kitchens

Excellent app. The offers on the app are very good (Taj InnerCircle & Credit Cards). The ordering on the app is also very easy. I ordered The Grand Diwali Soirée on my birthday and The Holiday Soirée on New Years from Taj Bengal, Kolkata. The delivery was done within slot. The delivery persons were very courteous. The packaging was excellent. And the food was hot and delicious. The quantity of food was also appropriate. This app is very useful in the current times when you don’t want to go out of your house. Both the times, after the delivery, I got a special link to an exclusive mesmerising performance by Shillong Chamber Choir.
