Another review is complaining about not being able to use e-visas at land crossings (which is not currently true, but check the port of entry conditions when you apply online). THIS app is for e-Arrival (which travellers need to complete within 7 days after arrival in Cambodia). Travellers require BOTH a visa and completion of e-Arrival after arrival. You can obtain a visa upon arrival if you don’t already have one. Enjoy your trip.

No matter how many times you try to make a profile it tells you that you have a bad internet. I have tried on WiFi and cellular both with same results
APP NOT WORKING
This app doesn’t work at all. It won’t show the drop-down list of countries, neither would it recognize any country names put in there. Thus the user can’t even get through the very first page of the application process. It’s a joke.
App doesn’t allow submission for K visa.
The app previously supported K visa submissions, but this feature is no longer available.
Completely useless
Cannot select port of arrival, cannot save new profile, simply doesn’t work at all. Better to go back to the paper landing cards..
Worst E-Arrival App
I travel a lot, but I live in Cambodia. This app constantly fails. Copies wrong data. Doesn’t give options to choose as an expat/ resident. Forces us to choose departure dates. Chooses random airline names instead of the one we input. I’ve had to download and install this app five times. It’s also not intuitive if you have to do it more than once. It’s just glitchy, unless you use it once and it’s your first time using it.

Not only slow, but it will not upload my data! Useless — tried uploading 8 times to no avail.

My E1 visa disappeared after APP updating, I did not delete the APP, just updating, who can help?

Great option for tourist visa – official government app – works smoothly – quick turnaround time – my visa was approved within an hour which made for an easy ride through passport control in Phnom Penh.

Add profile is down
The app needs you to create a profile to do anything of value, but when you submit the profile it says internet connection issue. Which is weird, because I can submit this review.

They’ve stolen £30 from me - the App is useless
Don’t use this App! I’ve inputted all my info and it keeps taking me to the payment page even though all data has been provided and I’ve paid. You cannot even complain as the complaints boxes do nothing when you try to send them
