Effective but clunky
I can get everything done but the steps are not always clear. It works 97% of the time so I’m not complaining. It’s still incredibly convenient but it’s just not as clear or slick as other apps of the same nature.

I have been a mortgage customer for 3 weeks and still have no access to my mortgage information.
Great management options
I can easily set up bill pay, transfers, recurring transfers and even a High Yield Savings Account all using the app. While I get great service when I step into a branch sometimes it’s more convenient just to hop on the app and website and take care of what is needed right then. Works well for me.

Too Busy. Get the ads out. …—>simpler…elegant…succinct!
I would like more control over the homepage and what shows on it. Some of the ads include features. I already use and don’t need to be seeing their promotions. There are other unessential ads that I would never use and don’t want to keep seeing them every time I go to the homepage.
