Horrific new UI
The new design is soulcrushingly meaningless. What are those stock pictures for? Neither of those correspond to the titles provided... The bottom menu makes my eyes bleed - is it iOS 3? It is way harder to find anything now, and all my saved information disappeared.
The previous version had a very functional layout and was way more pleasant to use.
Through what corrupted scheme was this tender assigned? Someone laundered a significant amount of money here...

Apps not forms
Finally the government is getting it. Creating apps is what we all want- not forms to fill out. Great work !
