Great app!
This conference app looked complicated at the beginning but it was very easy to use and the search feature was so comprehensive that you could easily plan your agenda.
My only negative experience was using the Take Notes option for individual sessions. When I sent the link to my email, the notes were not included - I could only see the session speakers and topics. Luckily, I could go back into the app and find the session notes and screen shot them for safekeeping.

Continues to improve, can still improve
Please ensure that when I star a presentation or hub talk or poster, that it appears on “My Schedule”. Why else did I star it?? All activities I’m interested in should be visible on “My Schedule”. Integrating “my schedule” into my phone calendar would be even more useful. A few sessions appeared in my calendar but this was the rare exception rather than the likely result.
Please improve the badge scan function for attendees. All I saw was a persons name in very small font. What about their institutional email?
Please don’t close tech support tickets or send responses from a “do not reply” email. Support is a conversation, not a “one and done” exchange.

Desktop experience in a mobile platform
Probably one of the worst apps. Very difficult to pay and signup

Whenever the page is changed it asks to log in again and finally cannot go to ex accredited symposia to register and highlight
