Can't download Statements
Iam using Ios 26.3
Can't download or share the account statements. Sharing option not found.
Also we can't come back to the previous page if the pdf of statement is displayed.
No choice to download statements other than can digital for corporate accounts. Frustrating...

I was using this app to monitor my transactions and I couldn't even download my transaction statements. I am very much disappointed for this app.

Worst app ever UI is very bad and even after putting correct userid and password it wont login and userid gets locked. Even if we login screen gets stuck in login page.

This app has never opened into net banking. I think the bank doesn’t want the users to enter net banking. Hence, they have blocked login through browsers and insist on login through Candigital app. Yet, the net banking isn’t opening in the app. Useless app, in the name of security. Always shows error… error… error… Never entering the login dialog… Dump the app and Just allow login through browser…

App stopped working on IPhone X
The newest update supports only IOS version 17 or later and it stopped working on my iPhone X which does not have IOS version 17, probably will never get that IOS version update. Canara bank as to provide backward compatibility and support the app for phones running older IOS versions too.
