Worst user experience
Canara bank has given me the worst user experience, as an NRI account holder. OTPs are never sent when expected. This app is a joke, coz I have been sending sms to register but it keeps failing asking to send the message from registered mobile number. That’s what I’ve been doing ALL ALONG. Very poor quality of software, I keep seeing a lot of bugs in the UI. Wonder who develops and maintains this application. I’m tempted to move to another bank.

Never ever trust this bank just steeling money from consumers and will not refund your money till you file a complain with RBI.

Canara apps are not user friendly
Your apps never work properly. Too many instructions & bad instructions after downloading. Keeps things simple or else copy private banks like HDFC. Don’t know why Canara bank attach everything to our SIM cards?
