Charged for a trip I never took and no service to correct
Charged almost $80 for a trip I never booked while in QLD. No accountability taken by AerialCG as it wasn’t in Canberra despite the amount being taken through their app. Don’t seem to know who has access to the app and therefore stored credit details. Requests for assistance through the app feature were ignored. I think this is a false site.

Useless. Take Uber
We book a maxi taxi for a family of four with travel luggage. Normal taxi turns up. No idea about the maxi request or whether another taxi is coming. Had to book a second taxi. Never using again. Uber is definitely more reliable
Can’t see how long taxi will be
One thing the app is missing compared to something like Uber is being able to see how far away taxis are before booking.
Also, once you tap the ready button it immediately makes a booking, with no confirmation step, so if you do that to try to see how long a taxi might be you’d better press cancel fast.

What ever
Tried booking an offered style of vehicle and both times got what we didn’t want. Small vehicles which meant we had to split our group both times.

As soon as I booked my cab it was on its way unlike act cabs I usually have to wait a hour for act cabs to even get a taxi to come my way but this is a great taxi company

Great app but needs in app payment with ApplePay and for trip estimates to show before booking.

Maps are too basic not giving enough information and poor location markers that causes location inaccuracies

Ok if taxi arrives on time
I submit my bookings to the airport the night before my flight but the app seems to only submit the job to the queue 10 minutes before I’ve scheduled my pickup, which was ok when I was living in a high density suburb as the cabs would arrive within 10 minutes, but now I live in a lower density suburb it often takes the taxis more than 10 minutes to arrive to pick me up so I’m now having to allow extra time when making my bookings and just accept having to wait longer at the airport if the taxi arrives on time.

Hit and miss if your booking gets through. Not what you need when catching a plane!
Average
New app is not as functional as previous. For example the cab driver didn’t get my unit number in the booking even though it showed me that the booking included the unit number.
The track driver didn’t update it said the car was 20 minutes away & didn’t change even when the driver actually arrived.

The best
elite taxi is the best I would recommend it way more than Uber it’s really awesome and if anyone would download I would recommend them give elite taxi about five stars or more
Needs some work
Can spend 10 min waiting for the taxi , then changes to next closest taxi, all the while status says 2 mins away after 5 mins. Fix it

I used this a few times and it worked really well. Then I tried to use it and it asked me to sign in or register. I tried signing in but it kept telling me that my username or password was invalid, even when I’d reset my password and I’d tried to re-register (which it wouldn’t let me do because it said I’d already registered). This was good but now is not.

Worst App
Kept getting errors and it says that they don't service my area, even though I've used these taxis plenty of times before. Waste of time. The website is just as bad.
Can't make an allocation
Used to work flawlessly, now can't find my location or confirm a booking. Looks prettier...

Definitely best taxi app in Canberra. Or the 13CABS also seems to work well there as well as Sydney

Love this app. Easy to use and has useful features like getting realtime updates of where taxis are around me and my ride history. Also like that I can choose type of taxi at click of button.
