Charged for a trip I never took and no service to correct
Charged almost $80 for a trip I never booked while in QLD. No accountability taken by AerialCG as it wasn’t in Canberra despite the amount being taken through their app. Don’t seem to know who has access to the app and therefore stored credit details. Requests for assistance through the app feature were ignored. I think this is a false site.

Useless. Take Uber
We book a maxi taxi for a family of four with travel luggage. Normal taxi turns up. No idea about the maxi request or whether another taxi is coming. Had to book a second taxi. Never using again. Uber is definitely more reliable
Can’t see how long taxi will be
One thing the app is missing compared to something like Uber is being able to see how far away taxis are before booking.
Also, once you tap the ready button it immediately makes a booking, with no confirmation step, so if you do that to try to see how long a taxi might be you’d better press cancel fast.

What ever
Tried booking an offered style of vehicle and both times got what we didn’t want. Small vehicles which meant we had to split our group both times.

As soon as I booked my cab it was on its way unlike act cabs I usually have to wait a hour for act cabs to even get a taxi to come my way but this is a great taxi company
