The app has inherent defects. After picking up my boarding pass and logging into the app, I still cannot see my planned trip which is one and a half hours away.

Well designed and useful app, but still the dark/night icon. C’mon guys, it’s 2026.
DUMBING DOWN?
I have recently been advised that my Bank of Melbourne credit cards would no longer work with Velocity. BoM didn’t seem to know anything about the changes and could not offer me an alternative so I apparently have no way of redeeming points? What’s going on??
Password issues revulo
Frequently I get locked out of my account due to password. I use a password passport so password is not incorrect. If they could fix that issue I’d rate it better but having to speak to an agent to reset your password for their faulty app is super annoying.
