This app is such a scam it’s unbelievable. 174$ JUST for it to not even work. And when I deleted the app, and cancelled my subscription. IT CONTINUED TO TRY AND CHARGE ME. Sort this out.

This damn thing doesn’t work well with iCloud for some reason they blame on Apple. So far they charged a fat fee & only came up with things like internet subscription and Con Edison. It’s really pretty damn awful & difficult to use…

Was trying to figure out how to get a refund on another app’s subscription I had been swindled into, downloaded their app after reading an article on how they could help. Immediately after opening the app and signing up, they asked me to pay for, big surprise, THEIR OWN predatory subscription! Insanely predatory/scummy practice, especially for an app that uses AI garbage features. I find it equally predatory to charge $144 a year to use a service that supposedly fights to get refunds on insidious subscriptions. If I could, I would give 0 stars.
