Technical Issues
Exactly the type of app I’ve been looking for. There are still various bugs that need to be ironed out though. Sometimes when you click on someone’s profile, the screen gets blown up so it’s weirdly zoomed-in in a way that you can’t see the profile information. It also keeps you from accessing the exit button, so I literally have to close the app in order to get back to the home page.

There are people from Puerto Rico in the app, you should also mention at the list of places Puerto Rico.
The idea is good!
I like the fact that I can talk to people face to face and see if there’s a connection before committing to chatting with them more. Definitely more efficient than swiping apps
Technical issues
I tried attending two died dating events through the app, and both times I checked in as soon as I was able but had to wait for *over an hour* before I got paired with someone else for a sped date. The speed dating events only last 1.5 hours.
The first time, after waiting an hour I got paired with 2 people who apparently didn’t have a stable internet connection to start the video chat, and then got paired with 1 person who I did talk to.
A single 6 minute conversation in a 1.5 hour speed dating event:
The second time, I checked in as soon as I could, and didn’t get paired with *anyone* for the entire 1.5 hour event.
I love the concept, but either not enough people are using the app to make the speed dating events worthwhile, or there are serious technical issues with the app.
