The idea is good!
I like the fact that I can talk to people face to face and see if there’s a connection before committing to chatting with them more. Definitely more efficient than swiping apps
Technical issues
I tried attending two died dating events through the app, and both times I checked in as soon as I was able but had to wait for *over an hour* before I got paired with someone else for a sped date. The speed dating events only last 1.5 hours.
The first time, after waiting an hour I got paired with 2 people who apparently didn’t have a stable internet connection to start the video chat, and then got paired with 1 person who I did talk to.
A single 6 minute conversation in a 1.5 hour speed dating event:
The second time, I checked in as soon as I could, and didn’t get paired with *anyone* for the entire 1.5 hour event.
I love the concept, but either not enough people are using the app to make the speed dating events worthwhile, or there are serious technical issues with the app.

Don’t waste your time or money
Did you notice there’s no email or phone number to get in touch with them? You can only send them a message and they’ll get back to you which they never do. They’re happy to take your money but when you have an issue, good luck.
I even canceled my subscription, asked for a refund three times didn’t get it, nobody has responded to my messages, but they did charge me again!
