One fatal flaw.

EVERY TIME I OPEN THE APP THE CARD AMOUNTS GET RANDOMISED!!! PLEASE FIX

Good, but buggy, missing some convenient features

Good app so far, little bit buggy, when giving the hints when first adding cards to a deck the hints were half blocked by my keyboard, so when I tapped to put my keyboard away the hint went away. Also, dislike the fact I can’t add banned cards to a deck. My playgroup still plays with some banned cards, jeweled lotus, mana crypt, etc. So when trying to build my Edh deck I don’t even have the option to add those. A nice feature would be to be able to add banned cards, but with some sort of notification letting you know they’re banned.

Response from developer

Thank you for your feedback. I will look into the issue with the hints to make the experience better. FYI, you can remove the default filters when adding cards to a deck by tapping on the filters button next to the search bar to add banned cards.

Card image mode please

Overall great app. Simple UI, doesn’t have many flaws, but it is a bit frustrating that it requires you to click on a cards name to view the image and rules text. Makes theory-crafting a deck or searching for something like a mana base upgrade tedious unless you already know every card by name or are willing to bounce between another application with that information pulled up and this app to build the deck.

Thank you for the feedback! I will add the ability to see card details in the search screen in a future update.

Fatal Flaw: Missing Cards in Search

I really enjoyed the UI and liked the simplicity this app has to offer. Very easy to use. However, I ran into a card (Teferi, Temporal Archmage) that the app could not find. Not being able to find every card is a dealbreaker.

Response from developer

Thank you for your feedback! The latest version now includes automatic updates to the card database daily. Please give it another try.

Missing New Sets

It's a great deck builder without any need for an account or anything obnoxious, but as of this review (July 5th 2024), it still hasn't been updated to include Outlaws of Thunder Junction, which released a few months ago, or even Murders at Karlov Manor which released way back in February. For a deck builder to be two whole sets behind is honestly a huge disadvantage and makes it hard to recommend, especially to new players who want to build decks with the most recent cards.
