New video editor SUCKS
what’s up with the new video editor? I have done EVERYTHING to optimize and make the desktop program work more efficiently and faster and EVERY SINGLE EDIT TAKES 15 seconds to complete… I literally have counted

Un-user friendly and hides good features behind a paywall. Would not recommend.
App set up an invalid ID and invalid Email which I’ve been charged monthly and never used app.
Since the email was invalid, I can’t access it to cancel my account. They send a cancellation code, but I cannot get it. No phone support! Such a scam! I’ve been charged monthly $20 for like 4 months and never used the app! It’s been deleted for months but still being charged. This is ridiculous!!

Not Bad! The interface seems straightforward but will take time to master. I continue to find new features and possibilities!

Too many glitches.
I usually need to use both the desk top and the Mobile at once to avoid the terrible glitches. The video doesn’t work on my desktop and then it does on my mobile. Then when I download it on the mobile the video clips don’t work. This happens too often. Importing audio and placing on the video etc are all very hit or miss. I am unsubscribing from here after 12 months of it.

been using this app for years and it still is so confusing to use always lags and everytime i add a png its blurs it the quality of this app is not good.

I’ve had Canva for a while, but I’m only just now learning what all it can do. It’s great once you know but it has not been easy to learn on my own.

I had Photoshop for years and I found it extremely hard to learn. Canva is the total opposite it is user friendly and you can create endless possibilities.
never downloads correctly
they make everything very simple to build and easy to work, but then when I go to download my creation, my videos are half cut off, and you can’t even see them
